Allotments 4 All

Was  Dennis Howell as I remember....   Anyone remember him too ?

Think he was appointed and then it poured down a couple of days leter.

Can we perhaps appoint a Minister for "Continual Pouring Rain"  then perhaps we can have a couple of rain - free days.

I remember Dennis Howell; as minister for sport or something along those lines, he got himself taken up a very easy rock climb in the Lakes. It made a better photo-opportunity than most!
