I got some free  Scopia Lavender plants from Suttons seeds and have lost the instructions, i wondered if they are hardy and if i trim them back at all?

They have given us a lovely display over the summer

is scopia lavender a kind of lavender? Or a kind of bacopa, in lavender colour?

That lavender is no longer listed on suttons, but a huge pat on the back to them, they list growing/sowing instructions on their website.  So might be useful to look at other lavender seed tips.
