My friend at work last night asked if anyone knew what has happened to the cauliflowers? She bluetoothed the pics to my phone so as I could ask you good folks here today.

By the loks of the other it wont be long before that blows too.

Is there a reason for this happening do you know? Something she can do to prevent it next time?

Eat it!

Yes it has definitely blown and gone to seed.  Only good for hen food now.  This link tells you how and why it happens.
