Here's some photos of my cat Lily, who I rescued and re-homed approx two years ago.   When I first got her she was semi-feral & wouldn't go near a female at all.

She's so settled into her new home that on occasions she follows me to the local shop approx 1/2 mile away or will sit on the footpatch and wait for me to come home if I'm across the road chatting with the neighbours.

ps.  I'm still quite new at posting photos so if the sizes are a little wrong then my apologies.

Loved the last pic - she needs a towel or something soft in there now.... ;D

The photo of Lily in the washbasin was taken last year (you can see the date on on the pic) when we had a burst of very hot weather.   I think the washbasin was the coolest place for her to sleep at the.   Since then I've acquired an oscillating fan which she enjoys.

I LOVE ginger cats...see avatar!

My Bud sleeps in the stainless steel kitchen sink when it's hot, great excuse to delay the washing up!

Great pics, a little sweetie CC

aw, bless her cottons!
our first cat Arthur was a loverly marmalade tom with a white patch on his back, just like Lily. in fact, looking at the pic of her in the sink they look almost identical apart from their faces. Arthur had a big splodge of marmalade on one side of his nose. being a fiery redhead he had a bit of a temper if he wasn't in the mood for a fuss, but I still miss him :(
beautiful mog CC! :)
