I started some of this off last august. It took ages to get going. I think it is because I got the big bottle instead of the small one and the sugar was overwhelming the yeast ::).

Anyway, it is still going 11months on, although it has slowed down a lot now.

Do you think it is worth me carrying on with it or is it likely to be musty after all this time?
