Is there anyway to permanently reduce the brightness of my laptop screen?   8)

I have Vista business edition.

At the moment I use fn then f7 but have to do this everytime I use the laptop.... no probs really, just wondering if it was possible.

1. Double click the battery icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Click on more power options
3. In the left hand panel choose adjust the display brightness.
4. Adjust the brightness.
