Hi all

I am planning to make some pea pod wine later on in the year and wondered if i can freeze the pea pods until i have the correct weight required for the recipe.

Me rhubarb wine is bubbling away nicely !!

Many thanks

I've wanted to make my own wine for ages but just never get around to it.

When you say pea pod wine, do you actually mean your making with from the disgarded pods and not the peas?

Seems like an odd thing to make wine out of, though what do I know lol. Anyone tasted it before?

I have only just rediscovered a passion for  making my own again and seem to have been well and truly bitten by the bug.

I have never made pea pod wine before but the idea of getting something  out of what is destined for the compost heap appeals to me!

yes it is just using the pods

My father used to make pea pod wine, this was years ago and I was living in London so didn't know how he did it. But I really enjoyed drinking it.  :P :P :P :P :P
