When do people put their tomatoes into the final position in a greenhouse? I have an unheated greenhouse in London which gets a fair amount of sun...

Well you will certainly be able to put your toms out in their final position in your greenhouse much earlier than we will be able to.

One possible problem with putting them out too early, is that if you have a really cool night, it might affect the set of the tomato flowers, and you may end up with some 'catfaced' fruits.  Nothing to worry about tastewise, but they do look a bit ugly.

Mine are in 3 inch pots in the greenhouse at the moment, only about 2-3 inches high.

I think I'm going to have to move them out into the green house soon as they are growing a bit big on the kitchen windowsill.

It was about this time last year I moved them out and they seemed to take very well (PS I'm in Scotland!)

To be on the safe side I'll sow more Sungold's just incase.
