Prince - Purple Rain - without a doubt the best song ever written, it still makes me cry!  :'(

Hard to narrow it down to one song for me - but, no woman, no cry - Bob Marley would be in with a shout. I'm not a huge Bob Marley fan really, but there's something about that song that just makes you wind down and relax!
