Allotments 4 All

I am in desperate need of some help. :'( :'(
I am taking photos but unable to post on here in the competion , or just post my garden pictures etc!!. :'( :'( :'(.

I try to post but the system tells me they are to large,.
I just do not know how to re size them , i am not very good with all this puter technology,so would somebody help me in easy speak for simple minds please.  Thank you.Rosebud.

open the file in paint

start - all programs - accessories - paint

click on image , then stretch/skew

then alter the % for horizontal and vertical accordingly

then

file - save as..........

Whats the largest they can be (in Mb) ?

also best to save them as jpeg

I will ring tomorrow (hmmm, later today) and give you a tutorial over the phone.  Have a pad and pen ready!
