The Invasion of the Jiffy pots.

I think I'm being a bit thick here. I understand about normal jiffy pots (and use them) but the pellets - says they expand to become a pot and compost in one?  Do you have to plant the seed on the top or how do you get it into the compost??

wet them and throw the seeds in.

Okay - now I've looked on the net a bit more I understand - good price - where did you get them from?
