Allotments 4 All

Many years ago the local nursery issued a step by step growing instruction sheet for show onions.  I grew some super size plants , alas the nursery closed & I mislaid the sheet. Although I never grew them to show I`d like have another go now I have an allotment . Anyone got any good ideas where to start
