Checking on my plastic green house today, I found that my Leeks and Onions have germinated after 14 days :D

You've given me hope - wasn't going to bother with putting up my plastic greenhouse, but I think I will now!  ;D
What I lack in ability and experience, I make up for in sheer enthusiasm!!!

Nice one!!  You've given me hope too  :D

We don't have a plastic greenhouse yet but it's my project for this week - i'm thinking about getting the half price woolies one, and you've spurred me on to get it sorted.

I can't bear having to move a dozen seed trays around every time i want to get in the dining room this year lol  ;D
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened

My advice, is tie it to a wall, put heavy bricks on the bottom and I also put a full watering can on it.
Make sure no wind can lift the cover up... :)  Otherwise it can be a nightmare.  I learnt the hard way but now its ok!!

But everything is germinating in it fine, as the wall gets sun all day.

Actually there is a plastic walk in GH in out lotties-seems to be freestanding and still in one piece.Probably it is to do with how you secure them.
