Oh yum - sausage sarnie with onions - or better still, bacon sarnie with onions.......double yum!   (Of course the bacon must be fried!)

Might it have been that middle-of-the-night snack of toast with beef dripping & loadsa salt  that sent him on his way?

Mind you, if so...he'll prob be downing bowls of Ambrosia - the food of the Gods by now - made with full-cream milk of course :D

they reckon some people are so obsessed with eating healthy that they starve themselfs that was one I do know another, she has dreadful headaches!!

Yep! That's the stuff an I like yer fancy improvement. Eat it straight out of the tin...yer don't need a spoon -  a 16-pack of Cadbury's Flakes dipped in and swirled round'll do nicely.
