Allotments 4 All

I have always used Shell filling stations to collected their reward schemes for years - high street vouchers. Usually I use fuel to gain vouchers in excess of £100. In May I redeemed 7500 points to get £50. Nothing came. A reply via email said they would follow in 2-3 weeks. Nothing came. Another reply said definately have them in August. Now September. And nothing. I know its not a lot, but fuel being as expensive as it is any return is better than none.

Surely they can't promise things to get your custom then not deliver. Think it is time to look to see what others such as BP are offering. >:( >:( >:( (Whinging done)

I would get in touch again & tell them you want your return vouchers in say 48hrs (you decide, ) or you will go to trading standards, say you have there replys & will show them to them . I think you will find your vouchers on the doormat sooner than you expect. Let us know how you get on.Rosebud. ;D
