Allotments 4 All

so,having cleared a fair bit of our first lottie,we felt ok to plant some leek seedlings that our lovely neighbour passed onto us. before doing so,we went for a chat with a chap we hadnt met before,and just as we were talking about possible vandalism and the like, we spotted  a teenage lad  hurtling thru the site,only to stop RIGHT BY OUR LOTTIE and bury himself in the brambles on a neighbouring plot. next min two bobbies are  hot on his heels,a long struggle ensued,and he was eventually carried off.turns out he robbed a house,assaulted a copper then stole and crashed a car,right outside our site.they lost a pair of handcuffs in there somewhere,even brought a police dog to try and sniff them out,to no avail. after they all went we looked and looked but couldnt find them...........
anyway,the leeks are in yipee!hope you all had a quieter day of it,and got to enjoy some sun xxxxxx

Hopefully the only bird he'll see is behind bars. But our criminal justice system... well what can I say.
