Just to let you all know....I went to Wyevale garden centre near Rothley (near Leicester) yesterday, and they were selling seeds at 50p per packet.

Wyevale garden centres all usually operate the same so you may want to check the one nearest to you too.

Loads of us have already broken into the piggy banks but thanks anyway!!!

Yep, 26 packets of seeds safely stored away.  It's great, because you tend to buy not only the stuff you would get anyway, but a few "Oo, worth a try".  All the sprouting seeds were reduced as well, so plenty of cheap sandwich fillings for the winter.

They've got 20% off bulbs as well, so that's the spring baskets and containers sorted as well.

Just popped down to my local Wyvale outside Wendover.

50p seed offer on lots of flower seeds, but after a hunt tracked down some great veg to try next year.

The offer on bulbs also on here, just for the weekend though.

I popped into my local Wyevale last Monday to get some veg seeds for next season. I had some free packets thrown in too. I think because it was heavy rain, they took pity on me, as I was the only customer they had had for several hours.  ;D
Seeeee, it does pay to be a little crazy venturing out to a garden center in torrential rain. ;)
