Worm bins aren't prisons, and if you were a hungry worm, would you want to escape or would you want to head to where the food was?

Still in the plot   36 Leeks, 1x rows parsnips, 2x  rows chard, psb, broccoli, 5 rows garlic, 1 row swede, lots of onions - started in rows, but the birds had them and now they are random!!

Kenkew, how does a worm bin work then?  Being new to this growing lark, I've never heard of one.  ???
