Green Tomato Curry

Cut as many green tomatoes as you can into quarters.
Melt some butter in a pan and add crushed garlic to taste, fennel or cumin seeds.  Fry quickly and add the tomatoes.  Add curry spices to your preference.  Fry gently until tomatoes soften.  

Makes a change from Chutney!
