Allotments 4 All

Something bad is happening to my 1st earlies, they are "Rocket" and have been in the ground since 25th March, some of the leaves have developed brown patches, like splashes.  I know what it sounds like but I hope I am wrong.

It's only the ones on the lotty - the ones in my patch at home are fine. I dug up a plant the other day and the spuds are not massive but are very tasty.

Please can anybody give me a correct diagnosis.
