do you need sky to watch this?

I have the NTL/Virgin basic package which is phone/broadband and cable for about £30 a month. It probaly is on Sky but i don't know which package you would need.

You can get UK TV on free view as top up tv as far as I know.

Doesn't work if you don't have a tv, Hoping to hear all about it here...
