I heard that you can plant seeds on newspaper and past and plant the like this into the grond please could you tell me if you can plant any seeds like this  ???

I still haven't tried this yet (even though I kept going on about it). I'd say look at the ones the seed companies sell on tape - carrots, spring onions, etc... Try them.
