Read my comments earlier up the thread re fertility.

tap water tends to be alkaline  which is the ooposite for blues,...but it is what mine get and are water here is very hard,I do fertilise with acid fert though.Big difference in yeild with another variety, wether self efrtile or not, a bit like the kiwi in that respect. XX Jeannine
