That's what I was guessing it might be.  Any ideas which one?

Viburnum tinus, there are many that have names given them.

Yep, its a Viburnum, but not the common one -Bodnantense Dawn - its leaves are not so bright green as yours, and the stems are redish.

Looking at the lower leaves, I see you have a good case of viburnum beetle !

Viburnum tinus.. doesn't look like 'Eve Price'. Nice little shrub, though.
