I thought at first it was a heavenly edict on the use of mobile phones!

I wonder though, how many petitions have been excluded from the No. 10 website (or as I call it, O B E-bay) which called for Tony Blair to:
resign;
be fired;
call a general election to decide;
be indicted for war crimes.
