Allotments 4 All

Sent Email to an old friend  on Supanet  and since then, can`t get any i/c Mail.
Instead I get error --0x800cccof.
I presume, Supanet perhaps has been replaced by other Server or my friend has changed Email account--haven`t  Emailed him, for over 1yr and have no other method, of contacting him.
Went in O/Express options--- maintenance & reset still no joy.
Any ideas please ? ?

If it's any help my parents are on Supanet and recently had to change their email address from co.uk to com.
