Yes, I have googled it but without any success, it would seem that you have to buy the book for the recipe :(

Enjoy ....

Cardamon Sour-Cream Cake (buns)

Cake;
1 Egg
200ml tub sour cream or Crème fraiche (reserve 1 tbsp of icing)
175g (6oz) caster sugar
225g (8oz) plain flour, sifted
Half tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cardamom seeds

Icing;
125g (4 half  oz’s) icing sugar, sifted
1 tbsp sour cream or Crème fraiche

Preheat the oven to 180 C  (350 F), gas mark 4. Grease the sides of a 20cm (8in) round cake tin and dust with flour; line the base of the tin with a disc of greaseproof paper.
Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Add all but 1 generous tablespoon of the sour cream or crème fraiche and the sugar and whisk to combine. Add the sifted flour and bicarbonate of soda , then the salt and the ground cardamom. Fold the mixture to combine, do not over mix. Transfer into the tin and place in the oven. Cook for about 35 minutes until the top of the cake just feels firm to the touch and a skewer inserted into the the centre comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before removing from the tin and cooling on a wire rack.

When the cake has just cooled, make the icing by mixing the reserved tablespoon of sour cream or crème fraiche with the icing sugar. If it is too stiff add just a drop of water. Spread the icing over the top of the cake, allowing the extra icing to drip down the sides.

For the Buns;
Just divide the mixture between 12 paper cases in a bun of muffin tray (or use a non-stick 12 bun tray) and cook at the same temperature for 18 â€" 20 minutes. Ice as above.

I have a recipe for banana cardamom buns if you're interested.  Makes 18 buns.   Kids like them.

125g butter
90g soft brown sugar
10 cardamom pods, seeds only crushed or chopped
125g wholemeal flower
2tsp baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 medium bananas, mashed
60g ground almonds

Heat oven to 190C and prepare your bun tins.

Cream together the butter and the sugar  then add the eggs and beat well, adding a spoonful of flour to prevent curdling.   Beat in the bananas, spice and almonds then fold in the remaining flour and the baking powder.  Divide between the bun tins.

Bake for 15 minutes the allow to cool on a wire rack.

Serve dusted with icing sugar or topped with 90g of Philadelphia type cheese blended with 2tsp clear honey.
