:D Hi Petal belatedly returning message. Went away with my mate to Spain for the new year for four whole days ;D. He was feeling down  :(  after another split from the oh, my oh was going up to the N East to visit her parents but I couldn't get the first few days off, so she said go away with your mate well I had to think about it , 5 seconds later I was on the phone I mean what are friends for ;D so thats that, sun 8) on my back few beers well quite a few and dancing until the early hours. ;D ;D 8) 8) 8) 8) PS.   Petals don't forget only 17 days until the big one.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) :-*

At the very top of the A4A page, Kev, it tells you if you have any private messages from other members.  Once you read them you can answer them like you do board messages except they will only go to the person you're answering and not on the board for everybody to see (if that makes any sense at all!!)

Sorry Petals but I am a bit thick, I can see 3 messages for Cornykev but if I press reply it will go on the message for all board.  ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? :-X :-[ :'(

This is what I'm seeing right at the top of the page; you should be seeing something similar. Click on 'messages'.

Kev, I've done a couple of screen caps for you.

As Robert states, you should see your name, and the number of messages that are in your inbox:



Click on the bit that says 9 messages (or however many you have) and you should see an inbox with a list of messages waiting to be read, like this:



On the far right column I have blanked out the sender's names just for privacy really but that's where they would normally appear (I have left Dans on there to show you) Open up the message where it says No Subject in the middle - except yours might have subjects (including one from me which says "Oi!" hahaha) Read it as a normal post but when you hit reply it will only go to the person you are responding to and nobody else.
