Allotments 4 All

Hi everyone,

Focus DIY shop have now reduced all bulbs to 25p a packet - including the 3kg bag of daffodils. I was thinking its a bit late for putting them in the borders but will plant them in pots and see what happens.

looking on the web site there doing a buy one conifer get 2 free ¬!

It is still worth planting bulbs, they may not flower but they will send up leaves and make their stores for next year, it is much better to plant them than store them and you may be lucky and get a show of flowers.  I planted some in January this year and had quite a good display.  T.

Yes we do! Meteor Centre (Derby); I got my wheelbarrow from there a few months ago, they have a 'hit & miss' range of gardening stuff, occasional jewels....

B&Q have reduced all there bulbs got 300 crocus bulbs for £3.00 ;D

My lad is going to hate you Deb. I've just agreed to take him to PCWorld to get rid of some Xmas Cash... which just happens to be in the Meteor Centre!!!
