hi
i hope you guys can help! i went to get some potatoes that i dug this fall and they are chitting! it is so gross. i keep them in paper potato bags in the exterior crawlspace of my 3rd floor flat - so they are in a dark cool place. do you think it's because of the weather - it has been really warm until recently.

any advice?

thanks!

Probably has just been too warm, some of ours have in the outside toilet and Shed... but not too bad yet. Some Snowdrop I grew for seed pots next year had 6-8" spindly sprouts which I broke off but that was my fault for leaving them under the kitchen sink!
