Allotments 4 All

Hi people,

I have some red hot poker seedlings....about 4 inches high....and they're at the 3rd leaf stage. Do i have to protect them over winter or can i leave them outside....or better still...can i plant them out?

I think it's too late in the year to plant out such small seedlings. Best keep them in a coldframe or cold greenhouse over winter, and plant out in spring.
