They look great :). How much plants are they from?

We eat them sliced up with garlic and onions sliced thin and fried in some oil till they start to go brown watch them though as you don't want them burnt and uncooked.
Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle on what you want.

Yummy! For people who like a ting!

That was first picking from 4 plants, about 5 times that to come yet I guess. Then the purple ones will be ready then the oranage Halepeno. (We eat lots of chillie here!)

We do a simple pasta of oil, garlic and chillies with a few oven dried toms thrown in at the end and serve with lots of parmesan cheese on top. Can be pretty hot.

They are pretty hot if you leave the innards in!  :o
But just nice and zingy when gutted, so great for stuffing.
