Jerry, I came home with about half that amount. and no carrots :(

Have you tried courgette mini flans (in recipes) they are lovely and kids like them lots!

Fantastic.. really looking forward to our tomato glut.

My favourite recipe with the courgettes is

tian de courgette - a bake with rice and cheese - I could live on it.
