I’ve had a poor year again with my Gooseberries, which I bought about 3 years ago from Morrisons, so I’m planning to invest for next years crop. I’m looking for a heavy cropper with an excellent taste â€" any ideas on the type to buy, and where would be the best place to buy them from.

I'll join you in this request - I'd like to crunch them up raw so am looking for a sweet dessert variety. Am planning to get Leveller for crumble. And resistant to mildew?
