I've been given a whole tray full of main potatoe's - picasso so i've been told.
They have all chitted ....looking at them they've been stored in the light for quite a while, and they have softened to about half way up....is it to late to put them in the ground?

Thanks one and all

Personally I would put them in, nothing ventured nothing gained I always say!

I would say even more so in your neck of the woods particularly if the autumn / winter weather is the same as it has been over the last few years.

Go for it if you have the space!

My next door neighbour has promised me some Picasso for planting in July. Plenty of time :D
