Allotments 4 All

Hi all

I need some help. I live in Berlin and after a very long, hard winter, spring is slowly on the way and things are just starting to grow, except for my Sidalcea. I bought it in March and kept it indoors until the end of April, when I planted it in rich and well-drained, but moist retentive soil. Still, no growth! What can I do?
