welcome to the site. its a great place to be. don't be afraid to ask daft questions. i've asked loads. i had to de-junglify my plot to but its well worth the effort. try to plant something as you clear a bit of ground, it keeps you motivated. hope everyone beside you is as good as my lot...loadsa freebies to start you off. good luck.

hi windy - i'm also new to allomenting. my advice would be to take it easy -

:( as i couldnt go the plot today - my back hurts too much :(

ps  the cat is called Jiggy (she looks like a jigsaw) and is 10 weeks old, rules the roost and is the boss of our 3 dogs !!
