GW, are the bulbs sat of pebbles to stop them getting wet?  They look really good, I forgot to do any this year in all the rush.

i made quite a few as i wanted to give some away as new year gifts (made those ones a bit more fancy by attaching some nice ribbons to the jars~~they looked really good)

What a good idea, I will definitely do that next year, thanks.  I had those special jars but they were thin glass and had broken, but the jam jars would be so much better.

Reminds me of primary school :)

in primary we used to do it with carrot tops ;D
