ooh - just had a thought - i've had chilli vodka in the past. could you do a take on sloe gin but with chillis & vodka d'you think? maybed leave out the sugar... any thoughts?

I drank far too much chilli vodka when working in the Ukraine.
Its lethal stuff!!!
Never managed to replicate it sufficiently well back in the UK, maybe the vodka wasn't as strong.

The other version of chilli vodka they used was a bit like Tequilla slammers except you have a bite of a chilli which has been dipped in sugar and then drink a shot of vodka. Believe me, I do not recomend this!!!
