 Hi folks, can anyone help my daughter out, she needs a dog hip specialist in the Essex area, within a 20 mile radius of Harlow.  Or a vet who actually deals with this sort of thing. Any help appreciated ASAP thank you folks i am sure one of you will be able to help.  Rosebud.

                  Could you explain the what the problem is in a little more detail as there are ways of avoiding vet bills in many circumstances. ;)
