This year, six garden design companies will compete for the prestigious Gardening Scotland Gold Medal Awards and 11 designers will go head to head to design the best patio garden.  In the Floral Hall there is 150 exhibitors including gold medal winners from previous years and Chelsea Flower Show exhibitors.

I am hoping to get there.

;D ;D ;D ;D

Yes, we are going too.  We were going oop North to Oban but decided to delay the trip so that we could go this year again.  We usually enjoy the day and pick up a few plants here and there.  Its a great day out.   :D :D :D

Got rather sore feet with walking round Gardening Scotland at Ingliston.  Well worth a visit, but take plenty spare cash with you, because you wont be able to resist buying something.  Fantastic flowers to see.   Enjoy..

I went yesterday and got a Clematis Florida Sieboldii, a Sambucuc Nigra 'Black Lace', a Variegated  Lavender 'Goldberg' and a couple of un-named Campanulas.

The Campanula is usually available in most garden centres and often offered as a houseplant, has tiny heart shaped leaves (slight serration) and tiny 1 1/2 cm diameter fully double flowers in either white or blue. Anyone know what it is? Or what board should I ask on?
