Place for recommendations?

Is there a place on the forum anywhere  (I've looked, but  can't see one thus far) where I can pass comment on appropriate places, companies etc that have given particularly notable service?

I've just had a really good experience with an ebay seller (well, he said he was an ebay seller, he might have just told me that to get me into his hotbed...) who I'd like to give a plug to, but not sure of the etiquette.

Would that fit under the "bargains galore" heading?  If in doubt, put it in the shed part of the forum.  If you advertise your own good services, then it is spam, but if you mention another company for their good service on something garden related, then that is legitimate sharing of information and recommendations.
