You are right, you were talking about coffee but then along came the nescafe.

I find that using bottled spring water makes a better cup of coffee (both using a Tasimo machine or a jar of instant)
And - although a bit off the subject - when making pastry for the mincepies (to go with your cup of coffee) use bottled spring water from a bottle kept in the fridge
