I thought it was about time I went to the allotments meeting last night for the first time. A bit of a beery occasion, might go again.

We have our committee meetings in the pub.  Normally starts off ok and goes south after a few pints!  Not in a bad way but it takes an age to get through the agenda when people keep getting beers in, having a puff or, as we get older, regular visits to the loo.
