Slightly different to spinach but not in a major way - cooks down nice with some garlic though (what doesnt!)

Leaves when young and side shoots/leaves add a further ingredient to a salad.Not strikingly flavoursome but has a certain 'bite'.Mine has now reached 5ft high and is flowering, similar to' love lies bleeding'; a relation I think.
