I made this today and my other half really enjoyed it👍🏻 It did need an additional 30 mins cooking time .

Tried it last night, agree it look another 25 mins. cooking time with the foil on. Very moist, OH is impressed!

If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴
