 ;) ;)

Well done to Wales on winning the Grand Slam.  They played well this year and deserved it.

This is coming from a Scot. who saw their team being defeated by England.  Never mind, maybe next year, or the year after or the following year................

::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

yeah congrats to the welsh, played some terrific rugby and thoroughly deserved the grand slam, just so long as the title ends up in it's rightful place next year, Twickenham. ;D :D

On Saturday I was spirited back to my grandad's front room, watching the likes of Edwards, Bennett and the saintly JPR.

But it seemed too easy a victory to get excited - the Irish should have been tougher opposition than they turned out to be.

And some how, the feeling was more muted than the euphoria following the first victory.  Much as we hate to admit it, beating England remains equally, if not more important that the Grand Slam.

At this rate, the football team will get to the World Cup (no, UEFA cheated us out of Euro, so something will go wrong).

Cymru am byth! The boss has a welsh rugby shirt as do I (well, I borrow it!) and was proud to wear it on Saturday for a girls night out - we went for a curry (Armani, if you are intersted Mimi - nice food, place is a bit big, not the same atmosphere as the Gandhi). I was down the plot when we won - little one tuned in the radio at the very end of the game!

Used to like the Ghandi but thats not as good either.  Sounds like I'm a big curry fan, but I am not...Korma is about my limit...not to good on the spicey foods.  :-[ Now if it was the Jade Garden at Menia Bridge.............different story  ;D  :-* Love Chinese food.  :D
Take time to stop and smell the flowers.
