That was my second favourite.  Such an unusual, pretty flower shape.

Congratulations Peanuts.  Super picture - it really encompasses Spring!  Lovely.

All photos were of such high quality.   Really good pictures.

Thank you everyone! I voted for no 8 as I just love close-ups of flowers, showing nature in an extraordinary way.
I never used to take photos, leaving it to my husband, with his SLR.  Then when we got a small digital camera to carry round on our mountain walks, I started taking photos.  I know nothing about photography, just loving seeing something that catches my eye, more often a close-up.

We are so lucky living on the edge of the Pyrenees full of wonderful spring, and then summer flowers, I took this photo in May, when daffodils were over lower down, but were still in flower on the slopes of pic du Midi d'Ossau, at a height of 2000m .  By mistake I had the camera on a weird setting that takes a 2 sec video before every still photo, so I also have a wonderful v short video of these daffodils nodding in the breeze - it is so beautiful!

Spireite

I loved the bumble bee pic, try as I might I can never get such clarity when I try to photograph them...they always seem to move.  Well done.
N. Herts, just acquired first allotment in Aug 2014.
