Quince jelly.

It's that time of year again, my dwarf Japanese quince has produced 4.5 lbs. of fruit and it's simmering now.
I could get 2lbs. of jelly this year, the house smells wonderful!

I've made jelly from a whole big bucket full (about 10lbs) of proper Quinces from my own new tree in the last few weeks.. Two years ago I made loads from the Jap type - all delicious.
