Plum

I've got a problem with my Victoria plum. Several small branches died back in the last couple of months, then it suddenly lost all its leaves, while the Cambridge Gage a few yards away still has all its foliage. The fallen leaves look perfectly normal, and there's no sign of discolouration in the wood. Anyone got any ideas?
